Products

SchradeGlas offers handmade glass art, crystal sound instruments and related accessories. Because many products are handmade, small variations in shape, color, size, sound character or surface details can occur. These variations are part of the handmade character and do not affect the basic usability of the product.

Orders and Contract

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation or by shipping the goods.

Please make sure that your billing, shipping and contact information is accurate. If information is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed.

Prices, Payment and Taxes

Product prices, available payment methods, taxes and shipping costs are shown in the online store and during checkout before you place your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Custom-made or personalized products may be excluded from withdrawal where legally permitted and clearly stated for the respective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at louis-schrade@gmx.de. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and the affected item so we can review the case quickly.
