Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

We grant this right of withdrawal for orders from all countries to which we deliver, unless mandatory legal provisions in the respective country provide for different or more extensive rights.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

If you ordered several items in one order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received the last item.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose. However, using this form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

This also applies to international returns outside Germany and outside the European Union.

Please note that return shipping costs may vary depending on the country, package size, weight and shipping provider.

For returns from countries outside the European Union, additional customs formalities, fees or import duties may arise. Please clearly mark the return shipment as Return Goods / Returned Goods whenever possible in order to avoid unnecessary customs costs.

If additional costs arise due to incorrect or incomplete customs labelling, these may be deducted from the refund amount to the extent legally permissible.

Condition of Returned Goods

The goods must be returned safely and carefully packaged.

Our products often consist of glass or other delicate materials. Therefore, please use sturdy packaging and sufficient protective material.

Whenever possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Damaged Returns

Please pay particular attention to secure packaging, especially for glass objects.

If an item is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, this may affect the refund.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and sufficient transport insurance for returns.

No Right of Withdrawal for Certain Goods

The right of withdrawal does not exist or may be excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the buyer is decisive.

This applies in particular to personalized items, custom-made products, individually made glass objects or products manufactured specifically according to customer requirements.

If an item is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be stated accordingly on the respective product page or during the ordering process.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

The right of withdrawal concerns the return of goods without giving any reason.

If an item has been delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In this case, please send us photos of:

• the damaged or defective item
• the outer packaging
• the inner packaging material
• the shipping label, if visible

We will review the case and find an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.

Notes for International Returns

For returns from countries outside the European Union, please note the following:

• Please do not return the goods freight collect.
• Please use a shipping method with tracking whenever possible.
• Please keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
• Please clearly mark the shipment as Return Goods / Returned Goods.
• Please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation whenever possible.
• Please package glass items especially securely and shock-resistantly.

Additional costs due to customs, import duties or incorrect return information cannot be borne by us to the extent legally permissible.
