Shipping

We ship our products carefully packaged and organized by shipping zones. Since many of our pieces are handmade glass objects, we pay particular attention to safe and stable packaging.

All shipments we send include tracking. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the delivery address and shipping zone.

Shipping Costs by Zone

Package Sizes

Standard shipping outside Europe applies to packages up to:

• 2 kg in weight
• 60 × 30 × 15 cm package size

For larger shipments, a different shipping price applies. If the goods weigh more than 2 kg or do not fit into a package measuring 60 × 30 × 15 cm, we calculate the shipping costs based on the next larger shipping class.

For EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other European countries outside the EU, the next larger shipping class applies to packages up to:

• 5 kg in weight
• 120 × 60 × 60 cm package size

For North America, South America, Asia, Oceania and Africa, a shipping price of €47.50 applies for larger shipments, provided that the goods can be shipped using this shipping class.

For particularly large, heavy or fragile items, individual shipping costs may apply. In this case, we will contact you before shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective shipping provider. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, public holidays or local shipping providers.

Customs, Taxes and Import Fees

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are charged by the respective destination country.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties that may apply.

Returns & Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods. A clear notification by email stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can inform you about the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the goods were delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please pack the goods safely and carefully, ideally in the original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent stability. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper return packaging.

Condition of Returned Goods

The goods must be returned unused, complete and in a resalable condition.

Handmade glass objects are fragile. Please therefore package returned items with particular care.

Personalized items or custom-made products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided this has been stated for the respective product and is legally permissible.

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected by us, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

The refund will be issued after the goods have been inspected. Shipping costs can only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part, for example in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

Please send us photos of:

• the outer packaging
• the inner packaging material
• the damaged item
• the shipping label, if visible

We will review the case and find an appropriate solution.
